Open Forum Participation Process
在我们的董事会上, we provide an opportunity for individuals to address the board during the "open forum" time. If you wish to participate, please follow these steps:
- 预先登记: Any person interested in speaking during the open forum time must register in advance. 这样做, click the button below to complete and submit the online form via the Board Relations online portal.
- 截止日期: To ensure your registration is considered, please complete the registration process at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled Board meeting. Incomplete registrations will not be accepted.
- 说话的机会: Only those who have successfully registered prior to the commencement of the meeting will be permitted to speak during the open forum time.
